Dear Ladies!
Let us welcome you at this special event on the Full Moon of January! During this sacred time we will be listening to our womb wisdom and focus on healing.
The womb healing ceremony can help us to release past trauma, any kind of imbalances like pcos, endometriosis, miscarriage, abortion, menstrual/ hormonal problems, symptoms of menopause or anything that’s related to the womb area and the female breasts. It is possible to cut the ties that are binding us to past lovers. We can realign our sexual energy and connect to the Mother Consciousness. We will awaken the female Shakti power within us. There will be also practices of breathwork, meditation, chanting and smudging for the yoni (womb) area - using a certain herb that is a powerful energetic cleanser.
We will deepen our connection with the divine with the use of blue lotus, which has been respected as an ancestral flower known to induce deep meditative energy, enhance third eye function and intuition. The effects of the blue lotus can be mildly euphoric, while helping to decompress the nervous system and to promote relaxation. Blue lotus is a plant medicine that targets mind, body, soul, and emotions. The Priesthood of ancient Egypt used it for over 3000 years as a spiritual sacrament as well as for its medicinal properties.
We will also practice Yin yoga which is a gentle and meditative experience. It focuses on holding the poses for an extended period, typically 3-5 minutes, allowing the muscles to relax and the connective tissues and fascia to stretch. That is from where we can also release stuck energies and emotions.
The ceremony will be held by Nelli in English and the yoga practice by Erika in Dutch.

Wij heten u van harte welkom op dit bijzondere evenement tijdens de volle maan van januari! Gedurende deze heilige tijd gaan wij luisteren naar onze baarmoederwijsheid en ons richten op genezing.
De baarmoedergenezingsceremonie kan ons helpen bij trauma uit het verleden en vormen van onevenwichtigheid los te laten, zoals pcos, endometriose, miskraam, abortus, menstruatieproblemen of alles wat verband houdt met het baarmoedergebied en de vrouwelijke borsten. Het is mogelijk om banden te verbreken die ons vasthouden aan geliefden uit het verleden. We kunnen onze seksuele energie opnieuw aanpassen en ons verbinden met het Moederbewustzijn. Wij zullen de vrouwelijke Shakti-kracht in ons wakker maken. We doen oefeningen van ademwerk, meditatie, chanten en smudgen het yoni- (baarmoeder-) gebied. Hiervoor wordt een speciaal kruid gebruikt dat een krachtige energetische reiniger is.
We zullen onze verbinding met het goddelijke vergroten door het gebruik van de blauwe lotus, die wordt gerespecteerd als een voorouderlijke bloem. Het is bekend dat deze diepe meditatieve energie opwekt en de functie van het derde oog en de intuïtie verbetert. De effecten van de blauwe lotus kunnen licht euforisch zijn, terwijl ze het geleidelijk helpen het zenuwstelsel te ontspannen. Blauwe lotus is een plantaardig medicijn dat zich richt op geest, lichaam, ziel en emoties. Het priesterschap van het oude Egypte gebruikte het meer dan 3000 jaar lang als spiritueel sacrament en vanwege zijn geneeskrachtige eigenschappen.
We zullen aansluitend op de ceremonie ook Yin yoga beoefenen, een zachte en meditatieve ervaring. Het richt zich op het vasthouden van houdingen gedurende een vaste periode, meestal 3-5 minuten, waardoor de spieren kunnen ontspannen en het bindweefsel en de fascia worden gerekt. Vanuit daar kunnen we vastzittende energieën en emoties loslaten en de dag harmonieus afsluiten.
